He is the former president of the Central IL chapter of the Employee Assistance Professional Association.He is the Associate Director of EAP of Chestnut Employee Assistance and Workplace in charge of training and counseling. He has now conducted over 400 related training to over 90 companies throughout the world, focusing training and supervising EAP counsultant in company's HR Department to improve their guidance and counseling skills to company's employees.
